World 777 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the World 777 platform — whether that's playing a game of Andar Bahar, placing a live cricket bet, browsing the jackpot slots lobby, or simply creating an account — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and World 777. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. If there is ever a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or other content on the World 777 platform, these Terms take precedence.

World 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on World 777, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. World 777 does not accept registrations from persons under 18 and takes its age verification obligations seriously. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any funds held pending return to the verified payment source.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your real name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of World 777.

One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one World 777 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. World 777 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

World 777 may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or if unusual activity is detected. Standard KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and proof of payment method ownership where relevant.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on World 777 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no conversion charges, and no hidden international fees. World 777 is a PKR-native platform designed to serve Pakistani players without the friction of currency conversion.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 500,000 (higher limits available for VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members — contact your account manager)
• Easypaisa / JazzCash withdrawal processing time: typically 5–15 minutes from approval
• IBFT bank transfer processing time: typically 2–6 hours, dependent on your bank
• Visa / Mastercard withdrawal: 1–3 business days

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, or to a method registered in the same verified name as the World 777 account. World 777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your World 777 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number and our team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Welcome Offers

World 777 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general wagering conditions set out below. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to (not instead of) this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• The standard wagering requirement for World 777 welcome and deposit match bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the combined bonus and deposit amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not wagered within this period will expire and be removed from your balance.
• Bonus funds can only be used for the game category stated in the promotion. In the absence of a specific restriction, bonus funds are playable across all World 777 games.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Andar Bahar and Teen Patti typically contribute 20%. Sportsbook and esports bets contribute 100% only on pre-match markets with minimum odds of 1.5 per selection.
• Maximum bet with active bonus funds: Rs 2,000 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in winnings being forfeited.
• A player may not hold more than one welcome bonus simultaneously. If a new deposit bonus is claimed before a previous one has been completed, the first bonus will be forfeited.
• World 777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to active bonuses via in-platform message.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on World 777 — including Andar Bahar, jackpot slots, crash games, live casino tables, sports betting, and esports betting — operate under the rules specific to each game or market. These rules are displayed within each game or betting interface and form part of these Terms.

Sports and Esports Betting:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. World 777 does not guarantee that odds will be available at any specific level at any time.
• Minimum bet across all sports and esports markets: Rs 50.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event, market, and player tier. VIP members have elevated maximum bet limits as outlined in the VIP Club Terms (Section 6).
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a confirmation delay of up to 5 seconds to ensure market integrity. World 777 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where there is evidence of a data feed error or significant delay.
• Bets placed on events that have already started but are not designated as in-play markets will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is replayed within 48 hours and bets are explicitly rolled over by World 777.
• Cricket matches reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will be settled according to the adjusted targets where applicable. Match winner bets stand as long as a result is achieved.

Casino and Crash Games:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for individual games on request from support.
• The outcome of any game round is final once settled by the game engine. World 777 does not reverse completed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
• In crash games, the automatic cash-out feature is provided as a convenience tool. World 777 is not liable if a technical issue prevents a cash-out from being executed at a specific target multiplier, though any such verified technical fault will be investigated and resolved fairly.
• Progressive jackpot wins above Rs 1,000,000 may be paid in scheduled instalments. Players will be informed of the instalment schedule before the first payment is made.

VIP Club Terms

The World 777 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative net wagering activity over a rolling 30-day period. Specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP Club page.

• Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (losses minus wins) over the calendar week. Cashback is credited as real PKR — not bonus funds — on Monday of the following week. Cashback rates range from 5% at Bronze to 20% at Diamond.
• Tier maintenance: VIP tiers are reviewed monthly. If wagering activity drops below the minimum threshold for your current tier, you will be downgraded to the appropriate lower tier in the following review period.
• Personal account manager: Available from Gold tier. Your account manager is reachable during business hours via the contact details provided in your account dashboard. Diamond members have 24/7 WhatsApp access to their manager.
• VIP-exclusive promotions: VIP members from Silver tier and above receive access to promotions not available to standard members. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms outlined in Section 4, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• World 777 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, or VIP benefits at any time. Existing tier holders will be notified at least 7 days before any material changes take effect.

Responsible Gaming

World 777 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It should never be used as a way to earn income, recover financial losses, or cope with personal or emotional problems. If gaming ever stops feeling fun and starts feeling like a problem, World 777 provides tools to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all World 777 account holders at no charge and can be activated from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your World 777 account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a session time limit after which World 777 will display a reminder that you have been playing for a specified period.
• Reality Checks: Receive in-session notifications showing your net win/loss position and session duration at intervals you choose.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from World 777 for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion immediately.
• Account Closure: If you wish to close your account permanently, contact support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification is complete.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the World 777 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point — during registration, KYC verification, or in communications with World 777 support.
• Attempting to use the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games or betting markets.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software tool to interact with World 777 games or betting markets in a way not consistent with human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's games or payment systems. Any funds obtained through exploitation of a technical error must be returned and will be reversed by World 777.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using World 777 as a vehicle for financial crime of any description.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith — i.e., where the transaction was legitimately processed and the funds were used on the platform. World 777 treats bad-faith chargebacks as fraud and will take appropriate action including account closure and legal referral.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to mask your true geographic location, particularly where the purpose is to circumvent jurisdiction-based restrictions.

Account Suspension and Termination

World 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Verified or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by World 777.
• Suspicious transaction activity that triggers World 777's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring systems.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. World 777 will attempt to contact dormant account holders before any action is taken on their balance.

When an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings directly attributable to the breach may be forfeited. Deposits made with real funds (excluding bonus credits) will generally be returned to the verified payment method following the completion of any investigation, unless they are the subject of an active AML review or legal hold.

Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error have the right to appeal by contacting World 777 support. We will review all appeals fairly and respond within 5 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the World 777 platform — including but not limited to the World 777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and software — is the property of World 777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the World 777 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any World 777 content without explicit prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party software providers on the World 777 platform remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licence terms. World 777 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Privacy and Data Protection

World 777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can read in full on our Privacy Policy page. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, World 777 collects data necessary to provide the platform services — including registration information, transaction records, and game activity — as well as data required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations such as KYC and AML requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your World 777 account data, transaction history, and communications with our support team are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by financial regulations applicable to online gaming platforms. You have the right to request access to your personal data by contacting our support team.

Amendments to Terms

World 777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — World 777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email address and/or in-platform notification before the new Terms take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material updates, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the World 777 platform and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and World 777 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

World 777 aims to resolve any dispute or complaint raised by a player quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, the recommended process is:

1. Contact World 777 customer support via the email or live chat option in your account. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue.
2. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve standard issues within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by our support team, you may request an escalation to our compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a written response within 10 business days.

If a technical dispute arises regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, World 777's internal game and betting logs are considered the definitive record of what occurred. These logs take precedence over screenshots, player recollection, or third-party sources in the event of a discrepancy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, World 777 and the player agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any other form of legal remedy. World 777 values its relationship with every player and considers formal legal dispute a last resort.
